I'm offended by the fact that by not being able to think of anything to be offended by, you forced me to be offended that you can't think of anything to be offended by.

Is Dominator open yet? I saw it when I rode to Buch Gardens last weekend, and it looked done.

I'm offended that the nearest park to my home is KD. I'm also offended that KD sucks.

R.I.P

Apollo's Chariot

We will miss you.

Well, at least we can take heart in the fact that Dinosaur will get pwned eventually.

BuschNut, what's your source? I just did a few Google searches and came up with nothing.

Six Flags will epically fail in Williamsburg. That and it'll really clutter up the area. Busch Gardens has old world charm, and fits in to the aura of the Williamsburg area. Six flags just goes in and throws coasters down. It's not going to be pretty.

As they say: "All things die." But in this case there was never any life to be spoken of. Although it did have nice movie style themeing. Too bad its gone.

The first year I went was 1999, and even though I hardly rode anything except for the water rides, I immediately fell in love.

What are your opinions on Grogan's? I've never really been there so I'm hoping for some tips.

Interesting opinion, crazy monkey. I do feel some times that DarKastle lacks something at some times, but I think you really have to look at the ride from the GP's point of veiw. It's an indoor ride, it has air conditioning, good special effects, and a well established story line. I'm not saying your points aren't valid, just that the observations of sticlers like us aren't always the only thing Busch takes under consideration.

That'd be cool. The problem is, inevitably someone in the GP would end up in the passholders lane, and kill the whole system. A line for the gate would be nice as well. Probably really unlikely though.

Hooray for mildness! It sucked when th forecast was a high of 50 and a low of 30. I was still going to go, but it would have been really nasty.

I'll be there Saturday. Any idea if the water rides will be open? I want to see the construction from Pompeii.

I wish BEC would go ahead and tell us what they're gonna put in the new area already... Its probably sesame street though, nothing more. They'll put like a themed dark ride in, kind of like Corkscrew Hill, throw a gift shop in, and perhaps some charactors, then sit back and reap the rewards from the wallets of parents. Oh, well, so much for another ride right after Griffon. At least we still have Griffon (the ommited).
