I was at BGE yesterday and we noticed that Loch Ness had been closed down and the train was stopped on the lift hill. We were told by the attendant for Loch Ness that one of the harnesses had broke and a woman had been taken to the hospital. I couldn't find out anything further and this wasn't on any news last night so I don't know if this is legit or not.

i was at the park from 5 to closing and LNM was up and running the whole time i was there. im sure if something like that had happened the ride would have been closed down for at least the rest of the day if not longer

I was there yesterday and I did notice it was down for a while around 3, but I never found out what was wrong. However I came by it again later last night and it was up and running again, so if there was any kind of accident I dont think it could have been that major.

Obviously a publicity stunt to justify Loch Ness's removal in 2010.

Obviously. The maintence costs are becoming astronomical.

Not to mention the royalty fees! The real Loch Ness Monster makes $10 a ride cycle.
